Yup, done it a month back.

The first season is the hardest. I'd suggest that you buy one striker who has good accuracy, power and heading. DC.deane from eternal england is a good one for the first season. He aint very fast, but he doesnt miss much.

Was proper easy in the first division as by then i had a perfect master league team anyway. Gordan banks, Maradona, Rivaldo, Crespo, Half of the Beloved Brazil team :D, plus loads others.

My Henry deal didn't come through, and neither did the Mihajlovic one after that.

I got Del Piero a couple of weeks after though, so I'm quite happy.

Just started the transfer period of the first division - I always seem to do better than I should when moving into a harder league. My first time in division 2 I was first for ages, and the lowest point I reached was fourth (not even out of the promotion zone). In my first few division 1 games I've got wins of 7-0, 9-1 and 6-1, along with lesser wins of 3-0, 3-1 and the like.

GKs
Moyer
Van De Sar
(previously Shilton)

Defenders
Ulises
Hierro
Badenfauer
Ivan Bocorda (sub)

Midfielders
Def: Birhner
Def: Recezo
Off: Fidaga
Off: Lucky

Forwards:
Rynecker
Vieri
Recoba
Dario Silva (sub)

I used to use Olisadebe, but he wouldn't renew his contract so I now use Recoba, who I bought for no reason really. I'm trying to get Larsson; I'll either use him to replace Recoba, and use Recoba in place of Fidaga, or use Larsson in place of Fidaga. I should be getting him on loan, so I just have to see what works.

I'm Deportivo - My squad so far - I have just been promoted from the 3rd Division, so I still have some of the starting players in my squad.

GKS:
Chilavert
Molina

DEFENDERS:
Arcé
Helder
Donato
Have all the starting defenders such as Valery and Stromer.

MIDFIELDERS:
Victor is the only one I've bought yet, so I still use Miranda and co.

FORWARDS:
Vieri
Stoichkov
Only bought those 2, so I still play Castello.

I'm on the verge of buying Henry, so let's hope that deal goes through.

You have all had time now to build a great squad in the master league so who is in it? I am playing as International and my players are.

Goal Keepers:
Kahn (first choice)
Van Der Sar

Defenders:
Reccard (Captain) (FC)
F De Boer
Vorets
Carlos(FC)
Nesta(FC)
Cannavaro

Midfielders:
Davids(FC)
Viera(FC)
Rivaldo(FC)
Figo(FC)
Nakata
Giggs
Overmars
Dundes
Zidane(FC)
Juniniho Paulista

Strikers:
Olisdabe
Raul
Svenchenco
Henry(FC)
Vieri(FC)

I am playing on the hard setting and am in division one. Although after i have unlocked all the 33 classic players i will start again in Extreme Mode. Has anyone got to division 1 in Extreme mode? i tried it and found it too hard so started i on hard.

Yeah, I'm going to e-mail Konami about the 5 or 6 changes that I'd like to be made in Pro Evo 3, this being one of them. No referee of linesman can be seen when the ball is in play, which is a little disappointing - you still see them in the cutscenes though, although they really do need to be viewable in the actual match - all the other games can handle it.

Pass, a lot. It helps - don't stay in your own half though, because the total amount of points will be a lot less. If you're passing around in your opponents box (which can be very tricky, admittedly) then you're guarenteed a high score. Also, play long balls across the park, and play headed passes, because that can get you a higher overall score too.

PES2 is going to the other consoles - in Febuary to be exact.

Anyone got an import copy of Winning Eleven 6: Final Evolution yet? Mine is waiting for me at home as it came in the post this morning :-)

I have been reading lots about WE: FE on a few of the Pro Evo fan forums and apparently it's everything that PES2 should have been and more.

· Much more realistic gameplay (as opposed to the arcade
feel of PES2)

· Updated transfers for all teams (Ronaldo @ Real M for example)

· Better kit editor and more realistic kits included

· New collision detection engine so 'going though' a player to
get the ball is no longer an option. This also means you can
now ‘shepard’ the ball out of play but blocking off the path
of an attacking player, without them going through you to get
the ball.

· When you tussle with a player on the opposing team, the
speed of both players is reduced as they fight for the ball.

· The differential between fast players (strikers) and slow
players (defenders) is now more realistic. This means that if
Owen breaks into open space, there is no chance that someone
like Gary Neville is going to catch him, like it does in PES2.

· Strikers and midfield players no longer have inflated stats,
thus making the game far more balance.

· Much, much better animation

· Lots of new animations, like team mates turning to applaud
a player after a good shot goes just wide.

The list goes on and one, it sounds good. Really think this could be the ultimate PES/WE game until Winning Eleven 7 hits the streets next May.

Just wondered if anyone else was getting it?

ISS/Pro Evo really took off on the Sony consoles, even though it started out in the Nintendo consoles, so we cant complain too much about it going to there consoles anyway, they have had the ISS games on there too.

Its most certainly likely to come out on PS2 aswell though, with the fan base of the Pro Evo series mainly based on the Sony console, you can hardly see Konami willing to give up on that.
