Apparently PES2 is coming out on the gamcube soon. So i guess this will mean PES3 will become multi - format. I am certain though that PES3 will be realesed on the PS2.

What team are you using? Try using Argentina. They are probably best for passing and keeping possesion. Or use you master league team if its good enough.

I found this one pretty easy really. Just use one-two passing all the way through it (hold L1 while passing) so your players will move into free space to recieve the next pass. Dont go too close to thier goal> I kept the ball a few yrds outside of thier penalty box. Dont really have to use the sprint button either, just keep hold of the ball until it is neccessary to pass. Just try and keep it simple.

Couple of things I want to ask.

When playing the game, just a normal match, has anyone seen the referee or linesmen? Because if not, you could e-mail Konami about that for PES3.

In the Umbro challenge thing I am finding it so difficult to do the Ball Possession one. Every time, the computer fouls me, and so they get the ball. I can get it up to about one minute thirty, one minute forty, but the highest amount of points I have got is about 750. Any tips?

And there have been some rumours that have been going about about PES3 going to other consoles. Anyone know anything about that? And will it still come out on the PS2?

Thanks

Yes, there is a file operation option. Else you just get prompted when you choose to load something. Then you can switch between cards using one of the shoulder buttons.

You sure there isnt the option? There is when playing a master league team from another card?

Is this when just saving goals there doesnt seem to be an option?

I'll check it out later on my copy

I too use the D-pad, much more accuracy with the ball and players.

I am going to start a new discussion now, What do you use to control your players in Pro Evolution Soccer 2, the D-Pad or the left analogue stick to move and the buttons or the right analogue stick to pass, shoot etc.

Me personally i prefer the D-Pad and the buttons. In one Umbro Challenge, however you have to use the right analogue stick. Am the only one who spent ages trying to get the top ranking for this challenge beacause sometimes the ball would be hit too hard or in the wrong directon?
