Posts regarding the Splinter Cell demo?
I would have thought that there would have been loads of "Have you played the demo!??!", "Splinter Cell ROX!!!" type threads, but none.
It's not really my sort of game, so I only gave the demo a real quick spin. I may have another go this weekend though.
But what's wrong with the game? Did it not live up to the hype, and that's why there were no threads about it? Or was everyone so busy playing it that they didn't get round to posting about it?

Is it just me or is there a really big graphical glitch with the game ? When you rotate the camera around inside it's like the graphics don't always stay smooth, but get chopped up like they did on some PC games when you played them at too high settings for your PCs spec. Everything else works fine on my Xbox so I know it's not the console.
Also the door opening thing sucks, you have to be dead center in the door to open them, meaning when it does open you're fully exposed. what happened to Rainbow Six's/Rogue Spear's way of doing things ?
It's a great game, but I hope the finished version is higher quality 1

Just read on planetxbox that there is going to be an exclusive 30 second long TV add for the game, running between Novenber to mid december as well as another xbox add, different fromt the 2(well 3 if you consider the blinx add) going on at the moment.
Splinter Cell is great- I've pre-ordered it already.
People are also going GTA crasy, still can't believe there is a forum for that one game.

Actually there is quite a few, and as silent stated, xb live is the common topic at the moment. So anoyed, I NEED BROADBAND IN MY AREA!!!!
Hmm, maybe if I get all the xbox owners in my area to sign a petition.
Oh yeah forgot to mention, I found a site a while back that, if you got 100 people to sign a petition for your area bt would install an exchange for free.
