ive wanted on of these for ages but cant really afford it, bu if this was released outside of japan then it would be the number 1 console no questions, its the most beautiful peice on hardware ever! and it plays dvds of all regions, and uk/japan/usa games,

and just look at it its, perfeciton

yet the biggest games exist on the PC, which still uses CDs. What does that tell you?

Whats the big deal about the "Q"?

The Q is a Gamecube with DVD player. The DVD feature is for movie playback only. The games dont use DVD! This means that even with a Q, the game disc capacity is identical to the GC - I think this is very important.

Both PS2 and XBox store games on DVD, which means the games can be a lot bigger if needed. And you get a DVD movie player as well.

Yeah, they are rather nice and that is the reason I have Super Monkey Ball 2 and will have Metroid in a couple of weeks.

my point isn't that I'd have a second gamecube, but that I'd have a third DVD player.

I don't need a third DVD player.

you wouldnt have 2 gamecubes cos youd obviously sell the other one, and the relevance, is why ISNT it being relerased outside of japan. ?????? when it would obviously do so well
