Yes, it's Megaton rumour time again, though this seems far more plausable than the last few.
Cube Nation have reported, apparently from a reputable source, that the Megaton announcement will go something like this...
Nintendo are not buying Capcom
Nintendo are not buying Sega
Somewhere in the region of 3-5 new Capcom GameCube games will be revealed, in addition to the last 5
Nintendo will announce a new Pokemon GameCube game, scheduled for a March 2003 release date in Japan. It's "revolutionary concept" will, supposedly, boost the sales of the GameCube to astronomical levels
Nintendo will announce the "GBA's future", which is speculated to be the previously reported GBA2/GBA upgrade rumour
Stupid Nintendo, if this is true then it's utter balls.
Pokey-bloody-mon, Megaton phhhhhhhhhhhhhft
A batch of Nintendo 1st party titles would have been enough but bloody pokeymon?
Where's my DK, Pilotwings, Mario Kart etc etc
Still wouldn't you just love to see a pokemon adventure game lushed out in full 3D on the Cube? If they did it right and took time over it like the GB games then I'm sure this would send Gamecube sales into overdrive.
Not really likely mind seeing as the GBA title is just round the corner but you never know.
Joby will be devastated.
