If this turns out to be true and this is Nintendo's so called 'Megaton' announcment then they know where they can stick it

Taken from cube-europe.com

Yes, it's Megaton rumour time again, though this seems far more plausable than the last few.

Cube Nation have reported, apparently from a reputable source, that the Megaton announcement will go something like this...

Nintendo are not buying Capcom
Nintendo are not buying Sega
Somewhere in the region of 3-5 new Capcom GameCube games will be revealed, in addition to the last 5
Nintendo will announce a new Pokemon GameCube game, scheduled for a March 2003 release date in Japan. It's "revolutionary concept" will, supposedly, boost the sales of the GameCube to astronomical levels
Nintendo will announce the "GBA's future", which is speculated to be the previously reported GBA2/GBA upgrade rumour

Pokemon games are great RPG's so I'd probably buy it. Anyway they'll re run the cartoon, advertise some more crap on TV, sell a few cards and Pokemon fever will be running high again don't you worry.

That's what I thought all along. Nintendo release a new Online Pokemon game (I saw a Poke Ball with a internet connection type thing on the web ages ago) and it kicks.

Nintendo then think that everyone still loves Pokemon (well they do in Japan) and so they think it'll sell by the bucket loads. I quite like Pokemon though, well I did...

It's Nintendo's fault, they should never have called it Megaton if all it was, was a new stinking Pokeymon game.

It's like reaching the end of a rainbow, looking for the pot of gold but instead you get punched in the face by a gay Leprechaun in a green leotard.

It sucks!

Oh and what do we want 5 more Capcom games for?

We're already got a shag load planned for the Gamecube so I doubt that bit's true. Where's my Konami games you damn dirty gypsy's?

This is still great news, but all the hype for just this? I doubt it. I'm expecting more.
