With most of the old lengendary consoles getting rare to find in stores such as SNES, Mega Drive, ect, the only way to play the games for them is to get the ROM. The regulations of using ROMS is that you must delete the file after 24 hours if you do not own the origanal game, but whats the point? Nobody's going to arrest you or even find out, so why is it still a crime?? Lets here your views...

he/she says 'I do not knoe!'

Another enlightening comment by the spiritual guide there.

Seriously, i dont knoe, but it doesnt really matter becuase when was the last time police came round to your house demanding to search your hard drive for illigal ROMS? Never, that when! Ahah ha ha ha ha ha!

Owning ROMs is illegal, but if they are for the defunct consoles, nobody really cares. Having GBA ROMS could get you in trouble though.

ROMS are illigal to own on your computer unless you delete them after after 24 hours or own the original cartridge, but i'm not sure any more seeing as they've stopped making most of the games now so companys wont loose any money even if you do own ROMS. Bah! just do it anyway, whos gonna find out eh?
