but don't expect to become a better person or get anything more than entertainment from playing them.

...choose a different discussion forum as no-one wants to hear how you think it's C%@p do they. This is a forum for Pokémon and all those li'l crestures. It's highly successful and very popular so if you don't like pokémon then why are you on this forum?

Thanks for acknowledging my mentioning of Pokémon Pinball. It's a great game and you can catch all 151 pokémon (It's true as I've checked out the Nintendo official website www.nintendo.com). It's good as a pinball game as well as a pokémon game so if you are not a fan of pokémon it's still worth getting. There's one thing I want to know though...When the ball is stopped on the flippers (when you hold them up) why does the pokéball still spin?

No he isn't. Only one Gameboy gets turned off at any one time. When the person with the level 100 Charizard turns off the GBC the other person still recieves it as it will say "trade complete" on his screen. If you follow my instuctions carefully then it wont fail. If you are not sure about it, try practising with common pokémon first. That way if you do make any mistakes then you wont have lost any rare pokémon. I've made mistakes in timing before and all that happens is you either keep your own pokémon as if you haven't traded or both pokémon will have been traded. Thanks for replying!

Reply to this message and I will answer your Poké questions on any topic to do with Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow, Pinball and Stadium. I cannot answer any questions on Snap yet as I don't have any information. I can help you with types, who to use against the elite 4, etc.
NOTE: I DO NOT WORK FOR NINTENDO, CREATURES, GAMEFREAK, HAL LABRATORIES OR ANY OTHER GAME BASED COMPANY.

I'm a fan of Pokémon so I don't hate it but some of my friends hate it because they can't go the whole day without hearing some reference to Pokémon. You can walk down the road and you will see someone trading cards. You walk through town and all you see is Pokémon Yellow posters in the windows.

I bought Pokemon Red and Blue and they are nearly both the same.
The only differnce is that the red version has 11 Pokemon which the blue hasn't. And the blue has 11 which the red hasn't.

They are as follows,Red-Primeape, Mankey, Growlithe, Arcanine, Scyther, Ekans, Arbok, Electabuzz, Oddish, Gloom and Vileplume.

Blue-Sandshrew, Sandslash, Meowth, Persian, Bellsprout, Weepinbell, Victreebel, Pinsir, Vulpix, Ninetales and Magmar.

So really the best version for anyone is if they like one lot of pokemon better than the other. ie.Like Vileplume better than Victreebel or like Pinsir better than Scyther etc.

On the whole they are both great games and lots of fun.

Nintendo are showing companies that the infra-red port on gameboy color's cand do more than just swap high-scores. On Pokemon Trading card game you can do loads of stuff with the infra-red port like card pop! where each person get's a card. The problem is you can only card pop! once with each mate. On Pokemon Gold and Silver they're being even more creative. You can do something on the infra red port to get extra items. They will release a new Pikachu virtual pet thing in colour with a infr-red port and you can get items on the game with it!

Nobody seems to have mentioned Pokemon pinball (apart from Edgy) and what about the Trading card game. In Pokemon Pinball you play pinball and 'catch' Pokemon. While in the Pokemon TCG for Gameboy you must win medals by fighting club leaders and battle the 4 top people to get the legendary cards. You must also fill your card album.

Do not ask to challenge me to any battle as I will probably never see you in my life but you can ask me questions about Pokémon Movie, cartoon series, Red, Blue, Yellow, Pinball and Stadium. I don't have Pokémon SNAP, Gold or Silver so wait till they come out. To ask me any question, reply to this message.
