Todays pokémon are Ampharos and Smeargle

Ampharos
Thunderbolt/Thunder (Thunder bolt if you have Crystal)
Thunder wave
Fire Punch
Iron tail/RainDance (Raindance if you have Thunder)

Item= Metal Coat

Another way to get Thunder Bolt is to breed a Female ampharos with a male Raichu which has Thunderbolt to get a mareep with Thunder bolt then level it up to get a tough Ampharos. I did this to get my Thunder Bolt for my Ampharos.

Smeargle
Spore
Curse
???
???

You choose the rest it really dosn't matter just put them sleep with spore then boost all your stats with curse but keep in mind this lowers your speed.

Remember with smeargle you must be careful when attempting to sketch a move because if your opponent knows your trying steal his/her best move he could choose to use tackle or something like that. Smergle learns sketch every 10 levels so if you mess up try again. He last learns it at lv91

GS stands for Gold & Silver

3x speed is in there BUT is only available for the original games RBandY at first! thats by beating gym leader castle R1 and ALL of the cups in R1

To get 3x speed in GSandC you must complete all cups in R2 or gym leader R2 for 2x speed (which is what i'm on at the moment)

Im sure the 3x speed is on there- otherwise it defeats the point of the GB tower.
What does GS mean?

Raticate (Nick name= Chomper)
Hyper Fang
Super Fang
Thunder Bolt
Focus Energy

Item= Magnet

Umbreon (Nickname= Darkness)
Faint Attack
Confuse Ray
Shadow ball/Psychic (Your choice)
Moonlight

Item= Bentspoon/Spell tag (Spell tag boosts ghost attacks)

Pikachu (Nickname= Spark Plug)
Thunder bolt
Reflect (Boost that pathetic Defence)
Surf
Thunder Wave

Item= Light Ball

Light ball boosts pikachus special stats and only works on him. You get it by trading a pokémon yellow pikachu across to GSorC

The same happens to farfetch'd but he has stick that boosts attack power only for him again though.

Triple speed is not possible on GS think if you fully finish the game you unlock it havn't quite done it yet though

Pink bow boosts normal moves Soft sand boosts gound moves
