"Posssible merger of two forums"

We are currently considering merging Intelligent Discussion with Creative Writing & Design under the heading "Creative Writing & Debate".

Your opinions please.

If you can find a better name, I'll be on board. At the moment, I doubt you'll get any ID style posts there, just the odd creative story, and since I kinda worked a bit to get the forum up and running I'd prefer to keep it "alive" (term used loosely)

Personally, I agree with FM's suggestions.

If there is a merger Creative combining with Gen Chat or ID are equally acceptable options.

Likewise, as Wrestling hardly has the popularity it used to.. I don't think it would detract from Sport if it was merged with it. But, I could be wrong, of course ;)

Can I suggest you post your proposed changes before you make them just in case you've missed something?

We'll trim back first, make a few programming tweaks and see how it goes before adding more forums.

I want a forum where I can talk about PC related problems, Macs and get advice when buying new pc peripherals, like scanners and printers. At the moment there's no such place. =( I'm sure we had one on Special Reserve.

Could replace 'Networking' with 'Multimedia', could pop photos in there then.

The ?s can be whatever you can split out 'Website Development and Internet' into, maybe:

Website Development
Internet
Networking
Freeola Customer Services

In all honesty whatever you end up with I'll be happy either way, just happy to be able to give you feedback after all the games you've given me over the last 7 years.

Yeah we never got round to doing much =( it's because the GAD awarders don't see it as GAD worthy. If they did then we would have lots of art and photography competitions.
