"Pro Evolution 2"

At last gamers other than the PS2 sort will get a chance to play the greatest football game ever made! Details are scarce at the moment but Cube-Europe say that the game will be released this year. What do you think about the game? Are there any updates on this news and what will be added to the GameCube version? I am very excited about finally getting a chance to play the Pro Evolution series once again after 5 years of being deprived from the PSONE versions. Any news, information and updates that I find about the game I will post in here but I would appreciate it if you would do the same. So, who else is looking forward to this one?

Great. I always try to e-mail these companies, but I can never manage to find the addresses. I wanted to e-mail LucasArts about a possible GC Indiana Jones and Star Wars: Galaxies release.

Will do Mav, I am just abouts to send it now so I will ask about IT&F and Pro Evolution 3. With a bit of luck I should have a reply be tomorrow :)

While you're writing about ISS 3, ask them about Pro Evolution Soccer 2 & 3 on GameCube. Also, could you ask whether or not we'll see a GameCube update of the great International Track & Field?

ISS games tend to be more arcadey than Pro Evo.

I'm hoping they'll ignore the travesty that was ISS2 and just update the old N64 engine. Those games rocked.

Oh and they need ot work on the single player options, tons of stuff to unlock and leagues that actually carry on for more than one season would be nice.

Going on previous experience I would say that they play differently in their approach. However as a game I think the Pro Evolution series is the best footie series and after ISS 2 I hope they don't use the same engine for ISS 3 otherwise they will be ruining a perfectly good series. Konami haven't announced it yet but with the ISS 3 being on both the GameCube and PS2 I would imagine that this will be a worthy update and possibly something that is better than Pro Evoltion. I am going to email someone at Konami and see if they can verify it, as soon as I get a reply I will post it in here.

Hmm.. I wonder whether or not Pro Evolution Soccer 2 will get a release, now ISS 3 has been confirmed. Thoughts, anyone?

What's the quality on the DVD like (compared to X-Box and PS2)?
Oh, and what's Animal Crossing like?

It's also modded, plays US and JAP games, all reigon DVDs, and has all the fancy DVD stuff like RCE and Macrovision turned off.

Yes

Skies of Arcadia on the DC had downloads, they were saved to the memory card and then when you next played it, they were incorporated into the game file, so it didn't take up space on the card.


Anyway, I guess I could get it on my shiny shiny Q
