"GameCube Release Date - Announced This Monday!?"

I know... that question mark is a bíatch, but it's there. Sorry.

Still, here's the word from Tendobox:

Nintendo Of Europe originally said in a press release that the GameCube launch date would be announced on February the 5th at the Millia gaming show, but now it looks like it's been pushed forward.

Strong industry rumors suggest Nintendo will now be announcing the date on Monday. In fact, Jasper Segers, owner of Dutchgaming.net claims Nintendo Benelux confirmed this to him.

Senior NOE spokesperson Kimo Sabe has told Computer And Videogames that every rumored launch date so far has been wrong but despite that, the site is speculating April 5 and May 3.

errrr.... well, are you sure it's "registered" (ie OWNED) by Ninty, and not just AFFILIATED (ie LINKED with ninty's uk site)...

Because I was sure it was the later... after all, I get regular emails from the guy who runs the site.
