There's also a controller on this banner.

What's the green thing in the middle of the controller?

Does it serve a purpose, or does it just sit there being green?

if your xbox crashes you remove the green thing under there are three buttons (yes you guessed it) ctrl, alt and del.

It doesn't have a use. It's just there to make the controller bigegr and more uncomfortable.
