I suspect you have to buy an 'upgrade' to find out.

It looks like the logo in a shallow dome. Perhaps if you press it hard enough it pops inwards, so you can store nuts and things in there to eat while youre playing?

I think that it's Bill Gate's 'Third Eye'.

With it he can see into the homes of all of those that bought an Xbox.

It may be the only thing worth looking at when it gets released.
