Well Well then it appears that Splinter Cell the so called Xbox exclusive was infact a multi platform game from the very beginning and infact the developers actually wanted to make sure they could achieve the same level of detail on the PS2 and GC games otherwise they would have never have started the project.

Infact the PS2 version has extras, that are geared more towards the PS2 user as they demand more and have higher skill level, not my words but the actual developers comments.

Then again I can imagine that it's a hard game for Xbox users because of their poorly designed controllers.

Can't be bothered to read everything, so instead I'll just say this;

Microsoft never said Splinter Cell was a for all time exclusive, in fact anyone with the urge to find this out could easily do so by visiting the game's website, I don't know - maybe the very site of a green X repelled the fanboy elements....

However, you wil be getting the game about six months after the Xbox version, and any upgrades will be what Xbox owners can get for free online or on a CD add on, whilst Xbox owners will be able to buy new content online as well.

If you can't be bothered to find the information that disproves your statement then you can't be very confident your statement is true.

If you want to go over to computerand videogames.com you will find your statement is false and this is from the developers mouth.

As a matter of fact, due to the superior specs of the GC, it takes only about a third of the space needed on a PS2 disk.

Top Score, I read a preview of Splinter Cell in PSM 2, and they said that the graphics aren't as good as the Xbox, and that the controls need to be sorted before release, as they are not as good as the Xbox either.

Splinter Cell was designed for Xbox first, other consoles second. Which is why it came out on Xbox first, obviously...

Anyway, keep spouting your rubbish, it's quite amusing...
