Why am I trying it out anyway?

The XBOX forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest XBOX game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

So how easy is it to win a gad?

I must admit i do like the original xbox controller as i had a dreamcast. But i would like a smalller controller for all my smaller friends and for myself when i get board of the original.

I know what you mean mate. The ones that are probably most likely to win are the ones that just talk about crud and hardly ever mention games.

As for the controller - keep an eye on the mags. I'm guessing we could see the new smaller controller around autumn / christmas time.

Some MS bloke said that most europeans are happy with the standard xbox controller. They said that the controller S may become available in europe sometime later this year.

I hope it is as more choice is always a good thing. Having said that I'm perfectly happy witht he normal pad for now.

I generally try to stay away from FOG chat because as a foru about gaming, it's crap.

You could post a reply in a console war topic but then you find that your post is sinking to the bottom as other people would rather talk about why they hate spiders. People talk about crap and get recognised for it. It's stupid.

As for the notable vote, put me down as a "mabye".

I know, it kinda underlines the pointlessness of anyone else bothering to vote when it all comes down to them just doing that. The only way anyone else can compete is to have the flock of newbies behind them which isn't happening because they are all over the place when it comes to people they wanna vote for. I normally do a campaign thing for a laugh during the elections but I'm making this time the last time cause besides being a waste of time, I'm not popular enough on FOG chat to get anywhere. Unless your the popular kid of the FOG playground, you've got no chance. The only way to compete with it is to be a girl with boobs.

Otherwise it all comes down to who the most popular one liner is.

YH made a comment about the notable thing and he said "we have already decided who we are voting for"

Thats not very fair is it? All the notable have got togher on MSN and will use their two votes to vote who they want to be notable. That ain't fair.

Someone said in another thread that they had recieved their games on Friday.

I wanna ask him a few questions about it though, like did he e-mail, send by post and did he send proof of purchase etc.
