anyone got this yet???
Of course any game can be played at anytime, but then you still have to be in the mood for it. Some games keep you in the mood to play them - this is what seperates the great games from the good games.
Most of the time, you'll find yourself in the mood to play a particular game on a day. Oneday you might really want to play a racing game while the next you'll suddenly be in the mood for a football game or something.
Sometimes you might not want a hectic game with loads happening and the pressure of completing missions. This is where the "relaxing" play of DOA:XBV comes in. :-)

I think that its perfectly valid to say people play different games for how they're feeling, at least for older gamers anyway. When I've had a crap day I just can't be bothered to go on Xbox Live and talk to people or play anything complicated, often I'll play something like Sega GT2002 or Blinx just to wind down. Same with Halo, its great, but not for all times.

Edge reckon about a third of it, there's all kinds of minigames as well, one criticism was that the part of the game that relies on you using gifts to form relationships with other characters - anyone of exctiable nature please note these relationships are in the context for forming a team to play Volleyball - can be somewhat hard, as the game gives little info on what character likes what, Edge also noted that anyone who selects Christtie as there character may well end up never actually getting a game.....

i can see Sav's point very clearly :-)
don't you find 100% perfect women almost but-naked bouncing up and down relaxing in some way? :-)
An 'on holiday' game could be anything. I think its just odd how you seem to define games for certain times and moods. Sure, you might not want to play a game all the time, but any game can be played at any time.
Ever since they gave Halo 10/10 I disrespect them.
:D
Sav, forgive me, but that does sound quite ridiculous. Its like you classify games for their mood, not their actual gameplay potential.
To me, Metroid would kick this games a*s. Simply because it breaks new ground, not Japanese mens trouser fronts.
Anyhoo.
The game doesn't offend me in anyway, infact very little does.
I think the game's pretty sad to be honest but if you wanna play it then that's up to you. I can tell from your posts that you aren't gonna be one of the ones sitting with your kegs round your ankles gawping at the large boobies.
Stupid thing is i've seen screenshots of tarts jumping on floaty things in swimming pools, seen screenshots of tarts in a casino but i haven't seen a single shot of tarts playing Volleyball.
Is their actually any Volleyball to be played?
