Someone in my office just told me that this year, they are scrapping one of the Bank Holidays in May, and then giving us a day off in June to celebrate something to do with the Queen (jubilee? birthday? I dunno)
What a tight b**ch, why couldnt she just have given us an extra day off instead of just swapping them around? Being a hardworking (!) office girlie, I depend on these bank holidays to stop me going insane due to the ways of boring working lives.
Anyway, sorry to butt in - as you were.
