I hadn't played Tony Hawks 3 when I reviewed it and I won....... maybe that was because it was a big game and it was all hyped up and I knew a lot about it though.
Just write about different things, a review here, a topic in Prime there...that sort of thing.
What really annoys you about games? What makes you happy? What are you most looking forward to? Find something like this and write about it in prime, just to get reactions from other people. It may not win GAD, but with each good reaction you will start to feel better about writing things.
Reviews are very singular, you don't get replies. Topics are better to start with.
