Yes, in a way. Prime is for big topics that you think will be interesting to people and create a good amount of replies. Chat is mainly for...well, chatting. Stuff like this and the story topic.
If you really need more advice, ask others too, Sonicrav is blistering through topic ideas at the moment and they're all well written (even if I don't agree with all his ideas..)

I think Prime is a place SR can trust to have good topics so they will take more interest in it and it also will get more regulars replying.

What I meant was that you don't get the feeling of satisfaction if you 'made up' the game review, however accurate it was. Maybe it's just me, but I like to do a good, honest review, even if everyone disagrees with me. Take Gungriffon Blaze, I can't find anyone else here that likes it, but I love the game and think it's the best Mech game I ever played.
