Back to your post about why i'm saying X-box has edge of over PS2.
Trust me, i'm not one to fall for the hype. Too many dissapointments for one lifetime.
All i am saying is that The x-box is good value for money judging by what you get in the thing.
I know online gaming is not going to take off in this generation of consoles, probably wont for a while yet becasue we are miles behind the rest of the world in broadband access. I never mentioned anything about online gaming in my post...you just went off on some tangent assuming thats what i ment. Sorry if i was UNCLEAR but this is fog chat and i dont usually write balanced posts in here.
All i'm saying is the X-box is worth more than £300 that will be payed for it.
As for the PS2...we have no clear details as to what price the hard-drive will come out for over here. And how many games will actually be designed to take advantage of the hard-drive? Add-ons to console never really penertrate a high market share, in-fact its a tradition for them to fail. How many people here are gonna shell out £100 for a HD for a console? not many, i think...
