I'm thinking of picking up a GC as soon as tomorrow.
A couple that haven't stopped breathing might now be thinking "why the change of heart ?"
The most obvious reason is that I have flu right now so chances are its the words of a sick bloke ranting.
The other is that I've been laying in bed thinking back to games I played such as Metroid and Zelda and how there are times I'd like to play them again (but of course in they're new forms). Afterall, at the end of the day I am a gamer, not a fanboy and I've grown up with Nintendo games.
I might also look into a Gameboy Advance SP towards the end of the month with some of the classic Snes games that are out or coming out.
If I get a GC, this is what I'm thinking of grabbing...
Black GC
Extra controller (black of course)
Resident Evil
Resident Evil Zero
Mario Sunshine
Advanced scart lead (for best pic and sound quality)
Then of course I'll pick up Metroid Prime and Zelda as they come out. Don't need a memory card as I have the one from when I had the GC before. Anyway, thats the current thing going through my head.
Blame my credit card taunting me while I'm ill for this happening.
Right, well I'm off to ponder more on this and decide on how I'm going to pay for it all if I decide to go shopping tomorrow.
If Metroid and Zelda keep me playing for 14 hours in 2 days and make my mum give me a prohibiting order, I shall think of giving them such a rating.
Avoid Bounty Hunter.
Get ED, SSBM, Monkey Ball, Pikmin etc.
It was painfully obvious that NOM refused to give any other game 10/10 until Sunshine had been released. Now they will start using it more often, although Metroid and Zelda will deserve it.
Personally I would give Sunshine about 8.5/10, and Metroid definitely 10/10. I may have only played the first few areas of Zelda in Japanese, but it seems like a guaranteed 10/10 to me already.

I aree on all but the Mario sunshine thing,it deseved 9/10

I'd agree there, I picked it up simply because I saw it at a mere 12.99 and after playing it I found it to be really good, more than worth the cash I paid.
The sanity effects are a great idea.
Lucky sod, we went to Walton-on-the-Naze, and enjoyed a day of constant 80mph winds.
It's worth getting Zero just because of Priest Bloke (I don't want to give away anything), because he is incredibly cool :D
I started playing it yesterday, and had played up until about 20 minutes after leaving the train. I enjoyed it so much that when I got home today and started playing it again, I wiped my save file and started all the way from the beginning :D
Get NGC, Best Nintendo mag in my opinion.
