If anyone still cares about GTA3, then I've made this topic so that if anyone needs hel on a certain bit on the game then thay don't have to make a new topic.
And you can also ask questions.
If no one cares about GTA3 anymore then just let it sink to the bottom :D

So, has anyone actually collected all of the hidden packages in the game?
If so, what do you get for it if anything?

Yeh, I know what you mean theres a lot of good games out there. I have read State of emergency mentioned on here a few times but no great shakes, but then again there was not much mention of GTA3.

I had no problem with that mission, just walk up and down the road and you will find more than enough triads. Try around the corner if you have a problem, but when you walk and turn around the screen refreshes enough triads to complete the mission. Same with the rampage in the same location.

I managed the diablo mission which is similar collecting the porn mags and after about what felt like 50 attempts managed it, so if i keep trying i am sure i will succeed. I will not rub it in but i am off work now until the 2nd, but come xmas day SSX Tricky and Devil May Cry are calling so bye bye GTA3 for a few weeks.

Are you getting State of Emergency it is by Rockstar and has similar mayhem. It is out end of Jan early Feb but i have only hear little bits about it. The video i downloaded from IGN was great but it only showed a little bit of gameplay.

Thanks for the tip now I know what the missions are I need to finish, but knowing and doing are two completely different matters.

Yup - the mission is called "Multi-storey Mayhem" and you need to nick a Stallion outside the multi-storey to trigger it.

If there are no Stallion's passing, go into the car park and see if there are any in there - then drive it outside, turn around facing back into the car park (very important!), stop, get out and get back in.

It's important to have the car facing back into the car park as the mission timer starts immediately and you'll waste valuable seconds otherwise; it doesn't wait for you to go through the first checkpoint like most of the other similar missions.

There are 20 checkpoints to hit, and to get the last one you have to make a full-speed leap off the ramp at the top of the multi-story. I've only managed to get 19 so far - my timer ran out while I was in the air on the way to number 20! :-(

Already finished for Xmas, had a few days left of my holidays to take. I want to compete GTA3 fully before moving on to the games I am getting for Xmas, so I have 4 days left. Completed all the missions on Portland except the one were you get double crossed, just need to do one rampage, put out a couple of fires and kill a few crims and then on to staunton again.

Oh and that bloody 4x4 mission from the supermarket car park.
