Plus, if the PS2 is so great, how come Sony had to spend so much money repairing the disc drives of PS2's?

So how'd you know the GC is crap oh wise one? Where have you found this special knowledge?
I'd have to hazard a guess and say I don't think your a journalist in the games industry who's been able to play the console at this stage, and I find it extremely hard to beleive you know the first thing about Nintendo's credentials when it comes to the next-gen of gaming.
Really, you can't make sweeping statements like this unless your extremely knowledgeable and have a valid point to make, which obviously you don't.
How can you judge a console yet to be released?
And even if you could due to having an imported version, how can you judge a console a matter or months after release? Look how people tried to judge the PS2 and the success it's enjoying now.
Fact, you can't judge a console until it's been given time to get going and produce the goods. Dreamcast was deprived of this chance, and with people like yourself, so will the GC.

THis sort of stuff sparked off a bit of a forum war between Sony and Nintendo not too long ago.
