I'm so annoyed.
I went on holiday for 3 months to see how my assistant managers would handle the team. When I came back, I was still top of the league, but going through the news I had, I realised how stupid they were.
Real Madrid offered me 26 million, plus Roberto Carlos, plus Michel Salgado, for Ronaldinho, Robinho and some 15 year old that I bought from Roma.
THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TURNED THEM DOWN.
And, he also sold Lucio to Valencia for £2.6 million. I bought him for about £5 million.
Damn them.

Yeah, Pirlo scored scored an own goal for me from 40 yards out as well. It curled so sweetly, but the goalkeeper was at fault, the ball was coming right at him and it still hit the back of the net. Annoying. It was some stupid friendly anyway, so it didn't count for anything, but it was still annoying. I sold the keeper (Abbiati) when the transfer window opened.

Last season I was having problems with forwards.
I started off with three - Diego Tristan, Roy Makaay and Albert Luque. There always seemed to be one of the three injured, and quite a few times, two or even three were sidelined for a couple of weeks.
So, I decided to sign a couple of Strikers on a free. Got Hakan Sukur after his contract at Blackburn ran out, and Savo Milosevic, who wanted to leave Espanyol as they had just been relegated. Then I found out that Walter Pandiani was back from his loan period at Mallorca, so now going into the start of this season, I have six forwards.
