Man 1 washes elephant it takes him 40 mins, after this he begins washing second elephant and after 1 hour and 20 mins he has finished washing second elephant. He has a coffee and waits for the other bloke so in total:
40+40+2hours = 3 hours + 20 mins
40+40+2hours = 3 hours + 20 mins
Between them it takes 4 hours...
3hrs 20 mins.

Man 2 has spent one hour 20 mins cleaning one. So he still has 2/6 left. So if Man 1 does them it takes him 2 x 40/6, which is roughly 13 mins, so I'd say about 93 mins (One hour 33 mins). But the equation is 80 mins + 2 x 40/6
