Whether these are all of them, I don't know - and what's up with the two characters on each kart? Possibly a new mode?

I personally think it should be Toad, as he's got to be in it. Unless he takes up his stupid announcing job like he had in Mario Party games - then it'd have to be Daisy that's Peach's partner.
