Well, its not long yet till the greatest football game ever will be entering our households. Soon will be the time when EA begin to hope for the best, and begin to rely on there 3 week advantage too bring in the profits before the almighty one is released.

What am i talking about, yup, none other than the Excellent Pro Evo. As you may have known, i have been raving on about this game for months and months on end, dealing out loads of information and basicly saying how good this game will be, and how crap Fifa 2002 is!

And this coming Friday, all my talking will finally become worth it all, as we all get to see for ourselfs how good the game really is. Some of the best football on a console will soon be made, and it is all there for us to share.

So here it is, the Official Pro Evo count down brought to you by the Official Pro Evo fan here on SR! :D I know there are many fans of fifa and Pro Evo on here, all who have there favourite games. And now us Pro Evo fans will finally have a game that takes the lead in all areas on football games, and the sales of Pro Evo will show that.

So here it is, Days left until the release of Pro Evo:

*>6<*

And there you have it, 6 days to go and the remainder of today, not long at all.

Heres to Friday!

as Pro evo said, this game is much more complex and takes much longer to master.

You basically gotta give the game time. I could never think of going back and playing the Psone evo games as they are inferior.

Maybe this game is too much of a leap for some people. I got the hang of the game within a day, but for some others it may take a bit longer.

I think i am in a good position to comment on the game in this way becasue i am on my second season of Master league and have played about 50+ games in total.

I am getting Pro Evo on Wednesday. That is when my local games shop get it in. They had SD3 out 2 weeks before the official date which is why this is out a bit late. They delayed TH3 as well.

You all know im going to say this, but its what i think, Pro Evo is twice the game of any of the the Evo games.

You say there are only two ways to score, header and through balls, both hoping for the best, is that not how football works? You cross the ball and hope that the ball is perfect enough to go in the net, thats how Evo 1 and 2 worked, and this is how Pro Evo works. Through balls are at first hard to pull off, and when i got it yesterday, to me they were impossible. But now, i have mastered them and have learnt to time them perfect.

You, just like me, know that to master Evo 1 and 2 it took time. And to master Pro Evo its going to take longer than before as there is so much more in the game.

Pro Evo is not so far away from Evo 2, its bassicly the same AI but improved, and the gameplay is similar too. Everything has just had an improvement and i think that its come out better than any of the other games before it.

You just have to give it time, learn the way of the game, master it, and you will love it more than you have loved a game ever.

As you can see, i like the game, love it even, and there are many others that do too, and no, im not just saying this because of how much i have rambled over the game in the past few months.

Well Done Konami!

I do. I mean I like Pro Evo Soccer but you are right, the PSone games were so much more enjoyable. Did you notice on PES there are really only 2 ways to score- cross the ball in and hope for a header or put a through ball in and hope for the best...And I mean whenever you get the ball there are only 2 teammates alongside you. I mean in ISS 1 and 2 everyone made runs and stuff but here you have to wait for like 15 seconds before someone decides to get into position

have 2 agree there triple h, I too think the other ISS pro evo games, especially 2, were a lot more fluid in gameplay.

creating a counter attack was much more fluent. with PES u get up the field only to find the oposition defence there waiting 4 u, and it breaks down.

i think the prob with PES, its too reliant on using tactics and the right formation 2 break teams down. i know its like that in reality, but on the ISS 1 and 2, u didn`t have 2 use the right formation or tactics 2 win. just as long as u played well enough.

i`ll take back what i said earlier that this is better than ISS2, i suppose in a way it is, but i think that ISS2 is more enjoyable.

ne1 else think ISS2 played better that PES?

As much as I hate to say this but ISS 2 wasnt good in myopinion. I played ISS 1 up to the day before I got Pro Evo Soccer, which too isnt brilliant. I expected more of the gameand I am considering going back to ISS Evolution 1 because the flow of the game is better on there....

i know that and dont want to do it. all i`m saying is why? if they cost 100 points then ok, but 35 4 a player who is way better than a player who costs 57 is strange

as i say, i wont do it. but a least they coulda made harder 2 buy such players
