But this is different. Sony are clearly gunning for the top spot, they are going to pump it full of technology and sell it at a loss just to spite Nintendo, they are gay.

Remember when PocketStation was ANNOUNCED? It was dubbed to be the Gameboy competitor, sony shifted some specifications, pumped loads of money into it.
It never moved from japanese shores, in fact, it was'nt even a gameboy, just something similar to the Dreamcast Visual unit thing.

Even people who don't usually play games have Game Boys - they're actually considered 'cooler' than Playstation 2's, and almost held in the regard of things such as walkmans. The GBA SP's new image will help the name too.
When it comes down to it, people will choose a Game Boy over a Playstation Pocket.

The only reason the GBA sells more than the PS2 is because there is no choice when it comes to handhelds.

It will most likely cost about £250. Unless the price has ben announce already and I missed it.
