Few people have realised this, they wonder what it might be.

Think about the number, it's 128, half of 128 is 64 yes?

THat makes Mario 128:

Mario 64 * 2

Just like Final Fantasy X 2, except it's been simplified, see what I'm getting at?

And if you don't, Mario 128 is sequel to Mario 64.

It's hapened too many times, but it's WAY too obvious.

Did I say that? No, it's the sequel to it. You see, it's Mario 64 2 which looks retarded, so it's Mario 128.

Maybe I was wrong, now it's correct

Nintendo called Mario 128, Mario 128 because of the bit in the console. The Nintendo 64 was a 64 bit games console hence the name Mario 64. The Gamecube as with the PS2 and X-box is 128 bit and so they code-named it Mario 128 despite it being a codename from the media and not Nintendo themselves.

But the GC isn't 128 bit.
