Ahem, I mean X-Box. Probably get the deal from SR, console + 4 games, then probably stick Enter The Matrix on top of that, and possibly the small controller (since the big one is crap) Not bad for £250, considering I spent £215 on my PS2 and only got one game, an extra controller and a memory card.

Does the X-Box need memory cards? I noticed they're for sale, but doesn't the hard drive cover save spaces? Is it so you can transfer saved games from one console to the other? Some X-Box nerd, help me out.

Exactly why the PC is the FPS king.

No, but a lot of gameplay is on fairly level ground. Hence a lot of aiming is horizontally intensive. Same with goldeneye, PD, serious sam, Medal of honour, doom, wolfenstein and nightfire. Infact most FPS with fight in buildings are going to have a lot of horizontal aiming, of course this is simplifying things somewhat and not taking into account the neccessity for headshots in some games.

there just isn't that much use for vertical aiming as its mostly horizontal aiming, horizontal aiming with a mouse is weird, and strafing to solve it would be make the experience weirder still. Basically it'd be very weird.

Yes, all coming out on the PC. But Halo 2 will be out by the time Halo PC arrives, so imagine when Halo 2 PC will come out. Plus, I'd need a big gfx card for them.

All probably coming out on PC, though.
