i kno this has been covered many times... but im thinkin of buyin an x-box... im not a gr8 fan of shooting or huge adventure games ... im more of a casual gamer and into sports, racings, beat-em ups, platfomers and quirky games... i get far to easily frustrated and in truth im not the best of gamers

most of x-boxs big games seem to be shooters.... if it stil worth buyin a console jst fgor the likes of jet set, ssx and the like?

dvd playback is a big feature as tat will be used jst as much.... i was wondering wat is the quality like?? has anyone had any problems?

I really enjoyed Blinx. Not in the same league as Mario Sunshine though, my favourite platform game of all time.

Mario is EASILY better than Blinx, anyone that thinks otherwise either has something wrong with them or really hates Nintendo. While The Time Sweeper falls around average, Sunshine is the pinnacle of 3D platforming and despite nothing revolutionary - it's bloody amazing (a la Halo).

Oh.. and Smash Bros. is fantastic. Not played Kung Fu Chaos, but every single review I've read has compared the two and SSBM has come out trumps.

In 4 player the game's downright abysmal.

Smash Bros spanks it so badly.

Kung Fu Chaos NO WAY NEAR 'surpasses' the mightyness of Smash Bros.

This is taken from IGN.com and I gotta say I totally agree with it, though not the single player bit as I never got to play it.

"I have to hand it to Microsoft. When we first saw KFC it was total crap. There was nothing enjoyable about the game whatsoever. The half-year delay has truly saved this game from being a total waste of disc space. However, it's still a very flawed game that just doesn't work with four players.
KFC is a tough one to judge for me. I put in a lot of hours in the single-player mode and really, really dug it. But when playing multiplayer, it was never a joy. I've yet to play with anyone who wasn't totally frustrated, annoyed, or bored by the game in a multiplayer match. Everyone I've tricked into player single-player has had fun. But, the multiplayer just isn't good.

As much as I like the single-player modes, the truth is this is a multiplayer game. It's a party game. And as such, it's not so good. If you just want to enjoy this by yourself or possibly with one other friend, I'd say rent it first and test it out then buy it if you like it. But as a party game intended for four buddies at once, it's a big no. So sorry, try again. "

All opinion of course but I think it would be worth giving anyone who want this game, 2 sides of the story.

Kung Fu Chaos is in no way superior to Super Smash Bros. Melee. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Just my opinion of course but I played KFC in 4 player and thought it was rubbish.

It's like a rubbish version of Powerstone.

Once againa I reiterate that this is my opinion so PLEASE don't start an argument.

From a multiplayer perspective. I have Monkeyball 1+2 for GC and no games for Xbox.
