Remember to post the URL.

But if it's on pets, maybe not.

Is that when you get into the car, adjust the seat and mirrors?
Not much of a 'drill'... :^S

In 24 hours I can host my web site...

So it actually was MSPSL then?

Wow, my brain is on fire today. Before, I was watching some lame tv quiz and got all the last 3 questions, while the contestants didn't get any.
I've finished the first full version of my new web site.
And I remmebered MSPSL.

Someone call Mensa :^D

Snake never had to save a princess.

And the agents are genuinely scary.

Yeah, I'm into my 8th lesson now, it's what you do before turning. First, you have to get your mirrors checked 9centre and the side of the direction in which you're turning into), then signal (indicator), the position your car so that it's angled towards the corner, speed (slow down before line), then l... erm, I forgot what L means.

*reads how you're feeling about yours*
:^)

My instructor said, on a couple of occasions, something about "MSPSL" or something - 5 letters, for the five stages of a maneuver. 'Mirror, signal...' But both times I forgot it by the end of the lesson. What's the deal with that - any ideas?

So thursday WILL be it, or thursday 'will' be it?

I still stand by one thing - rejection is far, far better than never asking.
And if it happens, what the hell does anyone have to laugh about? You asked a girl out, she declined. It's nothing major, and it iappens to everone, including them. At least it happens to everyone with the nuts to take a chance and ask.

Car? We have an old panda in the garage. I figure it's pretty much mine if I pay to get it on the road. But I plan on travelling soon, so I probably won't. Not for a while anyway.

I have a test booked for early October too, though I'll be looking for a cancellation if I can get something earlier.

As I see it, I'm very nearly master of turning in the road, a few more lessons should tidy up my general driving to test standard. Reversing round corners should be fine, but parallel parking could be tricky.

I'm fairly confident.

How are you feeling for yours?

So, are you thinking about getting a car yet?

And when do you plan on taking your test - roughly?

Do you think you'll be able to jump right back in at the deep-end, or will you need a good 2-or-3 months to get back in the driving-seat - properly??

And while you're on about losing sleep, I seem to be losing quite a bit with "her" on my mind...

I'll go to sleep alright, but soon wake-up at 3-or-4-'o'-clock in the morning, thinking of her...

I've even started dreaming about her now, too (...but not, not 'those' kind of dreams!)...

I've had 2 in the last 2 nights. Each one where I have asked her out, and she has, basically, said 'No', in one-way or another - but not in a "nice" way...

It's sort of scared me with how real last night's dream was... Finished work for the day, asked her for a lift home, went all-the-way to my house, pulled-up outside, and then asked her - but even then I could barely say it!

It's probably quite obvious why I'm having dreams like this; because of what I 'do not know', and how I fear she will say no, with the end of the summer drawing-near, and all that. But it's shown me that I need to be confident when I finally do it, and not as nervous as I often feel around her. I am scared of "rejection". I need to take my chances when they come. And that this is one I really cannot allow to just "get-away".

(Yes, I look into a lot of Sigmund Freud's work when I looked at Salvador Dalí's dream-inspired work in Art, last year! ;D )

She wasn't in yesterday, though - What a real shame that was!
So it will have to be Thursday, then.

If she's alone, or with only one-or-two people, I'll ask her for a "quick-word - alone" (while staring at the other people around her).
But if she's with too many people to stare-at, all at once, then I'll hand-over my number on a bit of paper and ask her if she can give me a call, later, about "something important"... But that may make me wait until Friday, so I have the whole weekend for people to forget about it, and prepare myself for any jokes or embarrasments to be made when I see them all again on Monday....

Anyway, this WILL be it!!
