[Captain's Log: 10/03/04 - Day of the Edit Post Feature]
[Diary Entry: 7/7/05 - "We shall never forget"]
Later on, I will succeed in completing the incredible Skies of Arcadia Legends, once and for all (well, for a few months, at least). :D
...There goes my only day-off this week! ;)
Speaking of work, we could have a case of "Sexual Harrasment" going on...
(No!! I swear! I didn't touch her!!!) ;D
This new girl started a few weeks back. I thought she looked familiar, and it turns out she is the same girl I sort of new from school (only, she's now, almost, doubled in size, having previously been quite "fit", you know....). Anyway, about 2 weeks ago (from what I told), while working in the shop, one guy (big, up-his-own-backside; sticks his nose into everything, too much authority for his own good) walked up behind her and smacked her hard on the backside on his way upstairs to the office, for no apparent reason whatsoever!
I don't know how upset she was (is) about it, but I'm one of only a few people who know about this. I very much doubt either my boss or manager know, since more people would've heard about it. Yet, I feel someone needs to know... (Not that I'm gonna up and say anything immediatly!)
She came in one day last week, and her dad came along with her (either that, or it was a four-times-her-age boyfriend...!). I'm guessing he was there to speak about his actions on his daughter... But, luckily for a A-hole, he was in Scotland for the week on a job for the company (the company's majority owner's homelife, infact).
Anyway, should this kind of thing really be taken as seriously as I think?
I'd imagine she'll be bringing her dad back, now he's back from Scotland, but nothing so far...
She never asked for this kind of thing. She was always the kind of smart, intelligent does-her-work-well girl unlike so many others (not that I have/will ever fancy her, mind! ;) ). We've all had out disagreements with him before, but this is completelty and utterly wrong to do to such an innocent person.
If anyone, I'd have expected it to have happened to "another, young female worker" who happens to dress a lot more "revealing", if you will....
And no Cube. *Sighs* Dull, dull week ahead.

We did the same, but normally just left a tarp over it. Didnt work mind. Got warped as hell...
We always kept out table in the garage, only downside was you had to angle your cue at upwards of 45 degrees when the car was in there. After a time it got a bit annoying.
Once in a while we'd move it outside for summer, but then would come a mad dash to move it back in if it started raining.
Then I got into Table Tennis, which I'm far better at.
> How much it set you back?
£80 quid. Most slate bed tables start at £300 second hand.
Then again most tables don't require so much work. A new cloth would cost me upto £60 (for a remotely decent one). And new cushions could be another 30 on top of that.
Then hopefully I don't screw up fitting them.
Seems like my dad hurt his back trying to carry it though. I had to unload it from the car into the garage on my own, and I'm not sure who I can rope into helping me get it into the house and set up...
(Turns out it's not going on the ground floor :^| )
Maybe I'll just keep it in the garage.. :^D
