Well mate, nothing ventured, nothing gained I'm afraid. I've had it in the past where some girl I've liked has liked me, but I've been too shy to say something about it and so has she.. and I've found this out later and been mighty annoyed.

What've you got to loose?

I had the perfect opportunity today, she was standing outside the college on her own waiting for some mates. I could have gone up to her, asked her how she's doing, but for some reason I couldnt... I dont know whether its the fact I could be deeply dissapointed with her answer, but I just couldnt go up to her. On the other hand, if she is single, it'd be great, but i cant seem to take that risk...

I don't know about having a "onversation" with her (or, even, anyone...), but, somehow, I don't know... What you wrote there, Duck, making me `promise´ you, somehow, that would've worked, I feel....

Guess I'll just have to keep "alking" to her, then, until something later develops.

I wish I'd have seen your post sometime over the weekend, Sgt. Major Dr.Duck, SIR!... It seems I grasped onto something with great unexpectation, and now, things have taken a turn toward the worse.

Yesterday was a terrible day at work, the way it ended. Why is it that, whenever I've been feeling real good about myself for about 2 weeks, something has to knock me back down again (though, not all-the-way)?

A customer arrived within the last 15 mins. yesterday for 75 12ft rails and 50 6ft stakes, but one guy - he could've chucked it all on the trailor with a machine - didn't want to even give us a hand, with quarter of an hour left! So, we struggled, and were a little late going home.
Our boss heard, so I hope he has a word with him (YEAH, RIGHT!)... I was gonna go in today, but with all this rain and how that really P'd me off, I just couldn't be bothered this morning. Anyway...

While tearing a whole in our backsides to load it all by hand, I over-heard something. How something that'd happened really 'made someone's day' (Kelly's ex). To her new "play-thing", he said, "see, you could've asked her out 2 months ago!". Laughing.

Now, I could still be very wrong about this, but, from ALL (I can't be bothered to type 'too' much ;) ), it seems the two are now going out.

I don't know what the worst thing is, though...
That the "age difference" really wouldn't have mattered?
She wasn't willing to 'wait' for me to ask her?
Once again, I've left it all too late to do something?
...I can admit I don't "need" her as such, but she's so damn hard for me to ignore.

Anyway, I'll shut-up now to save you all from it. Like I said a while ago, I'm gonna start writing things down soon. Not just what happens, but things I'm feeling and all that - I reckon it'll be good for me, as I find it hard to express myself; hence, why I probably post much of it here.

Yeah, I might even try writing some poetry/song lyrics, too.
Much in the way of Anthony Kiedis (Chili Peppers, OF COURSE!) when he came up with 'Under the Bridge', I often come up with line-after-line in my head, but never actually write it down.

Things are a-changing. And, if you don't mind, I'll TRY and keep you lot out of it this time! ;D

I promise I will. Tho' I shall aim to be out of the way of her friends and my friends, who no doubt would try and make it difficult...
