"GTA3 Dodgy Graphics"

Sorry about another GTA3 post, buts its not about how wonderful it is, (althought it pretty spanking wicked)

Is anyone else experiancing dodgy graphics, espesially on Staunton (dunno about the 3rd island)? I'm getting holes in the road that get filled up when i get close to them, some times they apperar to reflect the sky but I imagine thats just whats under the ground, and some shop fronts are missing at a distance two, with the same effect. It looks like the bitmap that is over the polygon, isnt being drawn straight away, or maybe its because I'm so damn fast?

Ive noticed the same problem in vc today, havent sunk into the road yet though.

one time my boat went through the road so i used it as a ramp and it exploded

Its always been fine for me, although i did notice slowdown, ppl claimed they didn't but maybe i notice it more than others, it does exist, even in vice city from a review i've read, none the less it will be great.

I never thought the graphics were amazing anyway.

Its happened with me, in Staunton Island, it happens a heck of a lot when you crash the DODO, you just go straight through the road sometimes.

While we're on the subject of glitches, has anyone, while flying the dodo, had the camera change to the cinematic view by itself and not be able to switch it off?

that has never happened to me yet. Just got the game back from a mate though :D

I get this sometimes only on staunton though. Sometimes they dont even load when i get near and i go straight through the building and crash into the wall on the other side and get stuck. Plus in the road sometimes it doesnt load up and i fall into the blueness and then i fall from the very top on Liberty and land about a minute later, great for insane stunts. 40 flips!!!

All seems to be sorted for Vice City! :-)

Playing this game really puts the DVD drive to the test, its the perfect game to test your PS2 on.

The games is too good fun. :D

I have yet to see these problems...strange
