Not to mention that it'll completely bore the hell out of everyone with its Honda Accord Type-R 1.5 Litre 300 Valve Engine with Turbo Steering and Gear Assist and other such crazy overly extensive car descriptions.

Something I noticed about the screen shots was that the scenery looks amazing. Probably not the first thing you'd look at but I just think the back drops look very realistic.

I think they're just insulting the world not to include damage. The only driving game ever not to do so. They may as well spit in our faces and call us tramps.

ok then. they might add damage for GT4, but they are having trouble with licenses and that.
Okay racing games aren't my kind maybe this looks amazing but anything ground breakingly different about this racing game compared to it's older predeccessors other than new cars, tracks and graphics... game of the year probably not.
Biggest game of 2004? What about Halo 2, Perfect Dark 2, Doom 3, Metroid Prime 2, New Zelda game for GC amongst others. If its anything like GT3 then I will be staying well clear as it just doesn't compare to Project Gotham Racing.
