Personally, I think he should be. But considering it was an off-site action, he may not be. If he is banned, I hope that SR don't forget about the Scythian Witch-Harpy he uses as his 2nd identity.

Personally, I don't think he will be, though right now I think he should be. He deserves it after all, he's also copied reviews, and got away with it. His smarter child post is obscene. (I wonder why I haven't reported it yet!)

I have made mistakes in the past though, I used to spam, but I stopped a long time ago and became a respected member. How Shaneo thought he could get away with it, or thinking I would just laugh at it is unbelievable.

Erm.........what was the point in that anyway?? It's just a waste of space really. (and i dont think shocktrooper will be too happy nither)

Shocktrooper will not be best pleased either believe me.

Why Shaneo did it, I don't know. Perhaps he thought he was being cool or funny.

He's also got the sheet identity! I thought you were only alowed 1 account!

You can set up multiple accounts with different e-mail addresses. I also believe there is a way to set up new users under the same e-mail address, because people where using it during the newbie compeotitions.

I don't see any legal problems with it other than If you want it removed then he has to remove it. Don't know whos idea it was but it wasn't a good one. Could upset a lot of people, not just the two pictured.

I don't know who's idea it was, if the picture is removed and Shaneo and Mr Nice Guy formally apologize then I will let bygones be bygones. I will let it drop if they take it off and delete it.

simple, I dont know the law exactly but a person can not use something personal of yours say your address or in this case a picture without your permission or consent. There is also something in the law about people not being allowed to pass on your personal details without prior permission.

I would tell you in more detail but I can't remember what the 'act' is that he has broken I think it's something like the data protection act, there is something, i'm sure of it that you can do about this i'm not really sure how you would implement it in something like this though, he's too young for anything to seriosly come of this though.

Personally I would give him a slap!
