The game forums are closing, so i am moving the popular FF forum here. No spamming, just 100% FF. Let's start with a question.... which of the FFs is the best?

Firstly it means you can fight Qactuars, which obviously means you`ll be able to catch them for the arena. When you touch one stone, its one Qactuar in a random fight, and as you touch 2, and then 3, it becomes that many Qactuars in each random fight (though don`t worry, you still get the other fights as well).

The main reason though, if I remember rightly is that a ghost Qactuar appears eventually, and you have to follow it. You reach a broken old lightning rod, and press square. This is where you get Kimahri's celestial weapon I think.

In FFX, what is the purpose of releasing the Quator spirits from the stones on the Thunder Planes?

You have to win them from Blitzball.
Win a tounament or a league or something - can't quite remeber. But they really do kick royal b-hind, so it's best to get them as soon as possible : )

I still can't do Evrae. But im not at Asher D's stage of throwing the disc out of the window. :D

I haven't got Slow or Slowaga. Meh!

But today i got him down to about 1000 hp. Then i died.

Damn Evrae is hard.

I may go back to FFX for more training. However, may have to go back outside to find the disc :-D

i did have a period where i levelled up non-stop for about 6 hours before getting there as i was bored playing blitzball all the time and i found i was too powerful up until the Zanarkand section where it started to get a bit more challenging. Tried it again the other week and the Evrae fight was a bit more challenging

The maximum number of hits Wakka can get is 12, so if you took off 70,000 then Wakka was taking off 6,000 per hit, which is a huge amount for that stage in the game. Most people would have far less attack power against Evrae, probably having spent a lot less time getting there.

Why not just use Wakka's attack reels to beat the stuffing out of Evrae for like 70,000 damage (i lost count how many times he actually hit him) and finish the fight in like 10 seconds. Sure might be the cheap way but also the most effective

1. Take disc out of disc tray
2. Open nearest window
3. Throw disc out of nearest window
4. Go buy something else
