Is there anything to top the scale of this classic game?
I keep hoping that they will release a frontier 4, like was rumoured a few years back.
*crosses fingers*
surely the most open ended game ever ... ?
> JUNGLE STRIKE!! Best game 4 the mega drive ever!!

is that the little car?
GBA is good too.
N64 is much better than Dreamcast, Atari and PS1.
The graphics and game speed was good, cartridges allowed you to save, wide selection of GOOD games, etc.
The best console for years.
My favourite games were:
Mario 64
Mario Kart
Donkey Kong
Both Zeldas
Super Smash Bros Melee
Goldeneye
Now I have PS2 aswell but I still have my 2 N64s incase I feel like playing Mario for a while! ;)
Yes it's an old game now, but in many way it was far superior to the likes of GTA : Vice City. Obviously you couldn't get out of the car, but it is the driving itself I am referring to.
The damage models on the cars were the best I've ever seen - you could smash spoilers, wings, doors and bumpers off. The bodywork would crumple in a realistic fashion, wheels would fly off, you could even cut your car in half if you hit something hard enough.
The gore was excessive to the the extreme, but was part of the charm. You can't play a game about running people over without seeing their intestines or limbs fly off.
Here's a few examples :

It even had a nifty replay feature on it, where you could view each accident from the view of the hapless victim.
If the term 'morally bankrupt' was fitting for any game, it was this.
I wish they'd incorporated the damage models and gore to the already great GTA series.
