Goldeneye is still better than both Perfect Dark and Timesplitters 2.

Some were... some weren't... they both have their good and bad ones... but the good PD ones were far better than the good TS2 ones but TS2 has far far far better variety due to its story... which in my mind makes that section a draw.
> The bot's AI is laughable when compared to PD.
Hmmmm... if you insist... the PD bots difficulty settings were superb but they couldn't use farsight as a fire through walls weapon and so forth and the "specialist" bots were useless.

I found the duel Analogue stick motion highly effective in Timesplitters 2... I think you're overreacting there.
> Perfect Dark has a more realistic engine.
Which in my eyes is a strike for Timesplitters... the lack of realism is far more enjoyable.
> Perfect Dark strives for a believable realism and is not cartoony.
What a thing to say in a Nintendo forum.
> There is a greater depth to the gameplay in Perfect Dark multiplayer,

Agreed... that is true. But this is more to do with the agent style gameplay. The speed of Timesplitters makes it a far more different game than PD... then again I thought PD was too fast for an agent game in comparison to Goldeneye. Timesplitters is more frantic although many single player games require stealth.
> Mines work better in Perfect Dark.
Huh?

I hate that method... don't even begin to mention it.

Good point.

Leading to mega slow down.

True again.

What game have you been playing? Timesplitters isn't in the Unreal or Quake series of games it is far closer to the PD series. Granted the multiplayer frag fest is similar to Quake but by fiddeling with the options you can make it JUST like the PD multiplayer style... Timesplitters 2 isn't neccessarily a far better game than PD in the sense of scale when released, but play TS2 and then Perfect Dark (I did) and you'll come back to Timesplitters 2... because that my friend is why next gen consoles are exactly that, nex gen.
1. Daikatana
2. What i've played of Jedi knight 2
3. Agent under fire (good as in frantic but also bad as in very square, easily beaten by Nightfire.)
4. Unreal (sort of: compared to RF2's levels Unreal's a bit lame, though I love it like a three legged dog :D )
> PD's multiplayer maps were terrible.
I liked em. They all had their nice touches. Some were more team orientated others suited free for all. Come to think of it they all suited all of the modes, I just had a few preferences for some levels and modes being put togeather.

Another Phantom Crasher in the making. Good to see. :)
