Goldeneye/PD engine leaves TS2 a bloody mess on the floor.

Perfect Dark beats it hands down. Even Nightfire has a better feeling of control. Brute forces bots are better.
There's three that beat TS2's 'standards'.

Actually, I find the fact that you think the opposite a lot funnier.

What would you say to a straight swap for Wave Race: Blue Storm? They're both £19.99 games now and whatsmore, my copy is the original one - none of this Player's Choice nonsense :D.

I love FPS', Goldeneye was my favourite game on the N64 and since I've played and loved loads of FPS' since, but none measure up to the standards of TS2. The new 007 and MoH games are crap and Turok Evolution was something of a disappointment, TS2 is ten times better than these, gameplay is great and if the storymode was a lot longer it would probably have been the best FPS of all time.

It's not that difficult to be the best FPS shooter on the cube, not much competition......

I didn;t say it affected how good it was but for a FPS game not to include such a basic function is beyond me.

Why not? You won't find many people who love FPS games more than me and I couldn't believe how appauling it was.

My friend warned me not to get it but I did. He also warned me to play it on the harder difficulty because it was too easy otherwise. Took me a little over 2 hours and bang the game never went in my console again. What sort of FPS game leaves the story mode out? Its the key part to any game of this nature and they might as well have not bothered with it.

Like I said, single player first >> multiplayer second. The fact that I would rather go outside and play football than sit inside playing multiplayer games is a contributing factor as to why I couldn't give a monkeys eye lash about this side of the game.
