Also, I can't wait for the game to be released, but I have a feeling deep down in side that it 'could' slip. I pray it doesn't but just to be on the safe side I'm not going to build my hopes on a Sept 30th release, just to avoid dissapointment if it does fall back a bit.
On another note, SR report that Half-Life 2 WILL be co-op but I read specifically that it WILL NOT be co-op - It was from some website that said they were at E3 to hear someone from sierra say it....
Maybe it's just the Xbox version that can be played in co-op mode....
Anyone else *snivels* feel my pain?

I heard that the game wasn't announced until after Half Life 2 was, seeing as it uses the same graphics engine and the developers wanted to keep it under wraps for as long as possible. I shall certainly be keeping my eyes on it over the coming months.

I ain't got broadband yet. Can't you get it around your area then?

I've only got a few of the small videos, as i've only got 56k connection but hopefully in 2 weeks i get my broadband installed. Where can i get the E3 footage from anyway?
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is also using the source engine and that's also another game i'm looking forward to, as i was a great fan of the first.
I'd say that if Half-Life 2 delivers what it says it's gonna, it'll be even more successful than the first but that's only my opinion.
