I remember I was on a coach trip in Majorca and we had just finished visiting all the places we were supposed to and were heading back to where we were staying. The weather had been great until we started heading home. It was raining so hard, there were mudslides on the banks near our coach. It turned into a full on storm and a bolt of lightning struck a tree just behind our coach. It was so loud.

I bet it was never as big as the storm I had here a few weeks ago!
