THAT IS STUPID! How can you compare a racing car game with a stealth adventure game! You cant! If you are right, then why are better consoles released with better graphics??? So, it can support better games!! Metal Gear Solid is my fav game of all time, but i prefer Metal Gear Solid 2!!! Why??? Becasue the sound is better, the graphics are better adn it has a more of an intelligent computer!!

Anyway, its a matter of opinions, people are bound to agree and disagree on certain aspects, but most of my freidns think grahpics and sound does depend on a game! IF metal Gear solid sound was not so good, it would pull the game down! magazines dotn judge games just on how they play but on graphics and sound aswell!! Sound and graphics can make a game, and that is my opinion adn i share that with a lot of people!

Not true. Metal Gear Solid has PlayStation graphics - and I prefer that over Crazy Taxi and SSX.

As you said Logan,, its really the games that matter! But u cant deny that graphics adn sound must haev something to do with a console!

You could haev the reatest game in the world, but if the graphics are poor ad there is no sounds it would put people of a lot. So i think sound and graphics do have a major part to play in console and game sales.

ALL that matters are the games.

PS2 has some great games- like MGS2, FF and Onimusha

Xbhox has some great games- like Jet set future, DOA3 and Project Gotham.

Processing power means nothing... it's ONLY the games, and that should be ALL gamers care about.

After all, is my toaster great because it has special alloy grills, or because it makes great toast?

True, I was basing what I said on old evidence, I checked it out after I wrote this, and apparently Baldur's Gat will also feature in game Dolby 5.1.

Sorry, not a decoder - but it can output the necessary signals, which is all that's required. My £750 DVD player is the same - you do need a compatible amp.

As for it never being used in games... SSX Tricky will be the first from EA Sports Big to include it (http://ps2.ign.com/previews/15991.html - last two paras of the article) with others to follow.

LOL! That is sooo much rubbish!
ONLY 1 X-BOX GAME CRASHED AT E3!

Thats less than PS2 and GC!!! So explain that! only one game has crashed, and even after it crashed they got it up and running again in a few minutes!!!

Also the upgrades save buying a new consoel every couple of months! ie. SONY! and its planned PS4!!!!!!!

Mircosoft has a hell of a lot of experience, it makes loads of games and it makes gaming systems! (PC's!)

Anyway it has different developers making games for them aswell as them making games for themselves! so it is not microsoft!!!!!!!!

PS2 uses.....Numerous.........but....... it would make a good:

Frisbee
Air conditioning vent!

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
