I'm sure many gamers have traded in their old games and feel like you've got a bum deal. I've once asked how much would a games dealer give me for Dino crisis two and the answer I got was six pounds.
Why are the prices they offer us so low as I have actally seen a second hand game cost more than what it cost in the shops new (this was an army man game, so now one was going to buy it nw anyway)
I feel that we sould have set rules and regulations in which the dealer has guide lines on how much to give their customers instead of their own guidelines.

It's good to pick up cheap games but it often says something about the game(unless it's very badly damaged)

Well I find it quite good!

I never get rid of any of my games, and I don't mind picking up other peoples for under ten squid!

I bought Vanishing Point for Dreamcast yesterday for £8.99 and it works perfectly, and it's GREAT!

It was quite funny this one time i went to trade a game in at EB. I got Quake 3 revolution for the PS2 free from the coke auction, since i didnt have a PS2 i just kept it unopened, i then wandered along to EB in stirling asked how much i would get for a trade in. They asked how long i had it for (thinking i bought it from there) and if i still had the reciept, i said no i dont have the reciept, and they said "ok well you cant get a refund then" "we will have to give you £40 store credit", so i said Ok and picked up a copy of F Zero advance for diddly squat!

If you want to get rid of used games, eBay is the only answer. You'd be suprised the prices people are will to pay for any old crap.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
