Okay, an absolute torrent of entries for this one, it too ka good couple of hours to read them all, and I had to kill several trees for the paper to print them all out, so no moaning about the winners.

Winner of a game of his choice - mickey, for his suggestion of a 'Gameaday Receipt' idea, of which many of you suggested, but mickey got their first. Well done, mickey.

Runners up prize of a DVD of his choice goes to Aliboy, for his 'Santa' idea. It's well put and a nice festive idea, so it's definitely worthy of a prize. Congrats.

Thanks to everyone for all your entries, we read them all and found them to be very useful. Peace out, and complaints to the usual address. Cheers

Ali

Extra GAD prize here for those with a creative brain to help us with our marketing and promotions.

1. Don't suggest any alterations to the site design. Don't suggest expensive campaigns.

2. Suggest how we can attract more visitors to the site from within the pages of our Club Magazine and our adverts in the specialist press such as PC Gamer.

3. Remember space is very limited. But you can enter this with something as simple as a change to the wording which we already use.

Below is an example of the type of thing we are looking for:

How about a story on a page. The links are highlighted in red.

"One day Mikey decided to go out and buy a game. The thing is he only had enough money for the game and not the bus fare. So, Mikey logged onto www.winacar.com and entered one of the many prize draws. Later on he got an email that told him he had won a car! Mikey went to town the next day in his new car and entered the SR game and DVD shop. Mikey was amazed by what he saw. They had all the latest games at cheap prices, so Mikey had enough money to buy 2 brand new games! Mikey did nothing else for a whole week except for playing the games he had bought. His mum could not get him off the games console until she told him to visit the www.ukgames.com home page. He could not resist and shot off and logged in to www.ukgames.com. Here he found more great prices on games and links to www.ukchatforums.com and www.gameaday.com. Here he chatted away to other game lovers and talked about the latest DVD's. After a while Mikey decided to write a review on a game and DVD. The next day Mikey was ecstatic when he found out he had won 2 games and a DVD for writing his reviews and taking part in discussions. The next day a truck load of games had arrived. His mum was angry that he had speant money on lots of games. But Mikey simply told her that half of them were ones he had won from www.gameaday.com and the others were very cheap. After awhile Mikey became stuck on some of his games. So, Mikey looked on the www.ukcheats.com page and found all the cheats he wanted. Mikey decided to post some cheats of his own. He won yet another game for his effort. Mikey didn't know what games were good though and what to get as his prize because he thought he had already got most of the best games as previous prizes. To help him he looked around the www.ukgames.com site and found reviews on every game he could possibly wish for. When he chose his game he wanted to know when it would be released. He found out off the site the exact release date. During Mikeys search for info he found many interesting things about the world of games and films. Mikey had nether seen anything like it before. He began to wonder "Is www.ukgames.com really heaven?", a voice replyed "No this is not heaven, this is better than heaven, this is the SR network!!!!!!"

I think that would drive the customers away, if I walked into a shop and they where playing that song, I would think i'd just stepped into the Twilight Zone.
