Square didn't like the cart size of the snes or something and now Nintendo and Square can't bear each other (???)
Square say that they've no intention of working along side Nintendo because near all of the Final Fantasy fans are PS2 owners anyway and they seem to get along well with Sony.
But what exactly happened with Nintendo?

Square and Nintendo have had disgreements since FF3. I think it was something to do with releasing FF on Blighty shores.
To be honest i dont know either, it seems strange that, how too large companys can fall out, and then Nintendo loose a big franchise like Final Fantasy.
It seems strange that Nintendo does not try harder to regain squares loyatly, then again, im not complaining, i have FF 10 to look forward to.
