Timesplitters 2

I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.

So go on what have you been playing? and why?

Thnaks for the warning! When did you last get a patch for it? As the one he should get is probably going to be an updated version. Also some of the main reasons it might not work is if the cd is slightly scratched, it is a CD rom after all not a DVD disc which most games come on nowadays.

I was gonna pick up Football Manager 2005 on Friday lunchtime, but, on it's release day, SR didn't have it in-stock. :(

So, instead, I spent an extra £2 than what I could've on-line (that's real LOW, SR - and I'm even a member! :P ), I went for GTA on the GameBoy Advance.

But NO - before you even suggest it, this game ISN'T a straight port of the PS original, "with nicer graphics"! It's an all-new game to the series. In the same physical style as the first couple; played like a new Grand Theft Auto game. And, while I can't say it'll keep me off of everything else for the next 6 months, I do enjoy being back in the arms of the G.T.A. :)

Yet, I STILL can't complete Super Mario Bros.! :(

I've also decided I'll get FM2005 when I've finished the six-month demo. And, right now, I'm finding things tricky as it is just trying to find the time to play this game (when the PCs free) over anything else.

Ah, well. Paper Mario 2 should arrive on Friday (even better would be tomorrow...), and that should make up for EVERYTHING! ;D

I destroyed United and went unbeaten in the league for most of the demo which stops after 6months.

PC version is a bad idea if he's got XP.
Serious problems with it.
A patch heals some of the main offenders but it still crashes randomly after odd battles.

I sort of got by with the habit of very regular saving, but it does sort of ruin the game in some ways.
If I ever play it again, it'll be the original Playstation version.

Had a good Halloween on Animal Crossing, and have been making more small fortunes on Harvest Moon recently, along with skipping missions with Apu in-between fully-finishing off the previous levels.

However, the GameCube's not be my main attraction so far, with this brand-new PC...

Not since I downloaded the demo of Football Manager 2005, that is - "the new Championship Manager", from the very same people.

I was barely even a full week into my new job as Man United manager, when the fans were already ontop of me for publicly slagging off Arséne Wenger (...before and after DESTROYING them in the Community Shield!!)

The game's realeased this Friday. Seeing as I'm at college then, I might just have to pop in to SR at lunch-time and get it. ;)
