Timesplitters 2

I don't know why, I finished Zelda and decided to return to my older titles rather than lunge into any new ones (Pokemon soon yay). I should really play the still far from complete Metroid but that bores me so I had a laugh a minute blast on the frankly excellent and addictive Timesplitters 2, had some mates over to play it too. This is turning out just like Perfect Dark on how much I play it.

So go on what have you been playing? and why?

It's brillaint if you enjoy just messing around, and it's obviously essential if you're a Spiderman fan.

Just finished a "marathon" session of Skies of Arcadia Legends for the day, of which I had been playing since some time around 10:00 this morning (including a break for lunch, and another half-hour's break ontop of that).

This is one of those games I find so simple and easy to pick-up on again when you haven't played it for some time, despite it's great length.
Today, in the 6-hours-or-so I spent playing it, I managed to go through the whole Japan-type-place-thing - including beating the Blue Gigas and an Armada one (at the second attempt) - before heading home to discover the world IS, actually, ROUND, after all! :o :)

Thinks like that also make me laugh in games...
I mean, you look at the map you're given and you'd never even think about how travelling far East may bring you back round through the West until someone tries to question it, in game. :)


And, for the first time EVER, my GameCube crashed the other day! :O
It wasn't while playing this game (thank God!!); it came during Pool Paradise one time. Perhaps the CPU cannot handle my incredible levels of luck that have rubbed off my real life playing and into that featured in this game? ;)

At least it happened while I was several hundreds of pounds down though, at the time... ;D


And, after 6 or 7 years now, a fourth placed finish, late surge for the Title and Championship triumph means I'm very close to having the kind of Chelsea team Roman Abramovich thinks money can buy in reality, in Winning Eleven 6: Final Evolution. :)

How worth it is Spiderman 2?

Metroid Prime & Spider Man 2.

Bit pished off with Prime as I'm up to 97% of items, have all the artifacts, but I have no idea where to look. Gone through loads of areas without finding anything so I think I'm just gonna go on and defeat Meta Ridley and the last boss.

I want a 100% Hard file, damn it. :-(

Half-Life and Tales of Symphonia

I've been mostly playing Super Mario World and I really want Donkey Kong Country 2.

But I think I better start playing Beyond Good and Evil.

Freekstyle on the Cube - Not a bad little game, think SSX on bikes

Been playing Burnout 2 and TOCA 2 a lot recently.

Damn the clever AI in TOCA :(

Skipping between Disgaea and Smash Bros.

Just borrowed my mate 'The Hulk' and 'True Crime: Streets of LA' and lent from hi 'Soul Calibur II'.

Not a keen fan on fighting games, but I'm well into this one.
